Oskart Portugal only ships on weekdays, weekends or holidays are not recognized.
Shipping normally takes 10-15 days to the US including Alaska and 15-18 days to Hawaii.
All orders are shipped FedEx direct from our factory in Portugal and delivered right to your door.
FedEx tracking will be emailed to purchaser once shipping document is created and or item shipped.
Note: If your purchasing a Kart and are considering extra parts it is strongly advised to purchase spare parts when ordering a Kart. Most parts can be packed inside the box with the Kart saving you added shipping charges.

Any delay in the shipment of goods, given the estimate presented dates, does not confer the right to any compensation.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & WARRANTY ITEMS:
Returns, exchanges and warranty items must meet the following conditions, no exceptions.
* Karts are not eligible for return, exchange or refund after the 24 hour cancellation period, see ordering Karts above for details.
All PARTS/RETURNS OR WARRANTY ITEMS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR "RAN". YOU MUST CONTACT OSKART USA PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANYTHING BACK OR IT WILL BE REFUSED. SHIPPING COSTS TO OSKART USA IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SENDER AND IS NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON BY OSKART USA.
Items must be in "new" original condition with all original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding receipt or invoice.
We do not accept: Items that were special ordered, custom made, personalized items such as drivers suits, decals, transfers or stickers made to customer specifications do not qualify for return exchange or refund.
In order to exchange, return or refund any item, it must be in new resalable condition, in its original packaging with all accessories included and must be accompanied by appropriate proof of purchase or invoice.
Return Authorization Number "RAN" must be clearly noted on the outside of the box.
Oskart USA does not accept any returns or exchange of items after use, no exceptions.
All items will be checked upon arrival and will only be accepted for exchange, refund or warranty once verification is completed.
The refund is made by the same means of payment, in accordance with the wishes expressed by the Client. The refund will be made after verification of the product state.

ALL EQUIPMENT IS COVERED BY A LIMITED 2 YEAR NON-TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY [ see warranty]
IF YOU FEEL YOUR EXPERIENCING A MALFUNCTION OR HAVE A DEFECT, YOU MUST CONTACT OSKART USA VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE "EXCHANGES, RETURNS & WARRANTY" GUIDELINES OUTLINED ABOVE. PLEASE HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER AND SERIAL NUMBER OF KART AVAILABLE WHICH ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY WARRANTY TRANSACTION. ALSO REQUIRED WILL BE A COMPLETE DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF MALFUNCTION OR DEFECT. COSTS TO RETURN A WARRANTY/DEFECT ITEM WILL BE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SENDER AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
