HOW TO PURCHASE:
To make purchases through the Oskart USA website, simply click "Shop", select desired item & quantity, add to shopping cart, select one of the "required colors" if asked, proceed to checkout to pay and complete your purchase. Note: If you live in Ohio tax will be applied to your order at check out. You must follow all the
steps to complete your purchase. Please contact us [see contact info] if you are having any trouble placing an order. Oskart USA only processes an order placed by a customer after receipt of payment. OSKART USA APPRECIATES YOUR PURCHASE!
Once you completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirming the transaction. If for some reason the information you entered is not correct, would like to add items to your order or cancel an order, please contact Oskart USA immediately . You have 24 hours after confirmed payment to be entitled to full reimbursement of amount paid.
*Please note: Karts are not eligible for return, exchange or refund after the 24 hour cancellation period.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:
Karts are custom built to order in Portugal and automatically receive "in stock" status. They takes approximately 12 hours to assemble and function test one kart. If for some reason you would like to change anything on your kart [color,tires etc.] please contact Oskart USA within the first 48 hours of confirmed paid order.
Parts are normally in stock and ready to ship. If for some reason the part[s] you ordered is out of stock or back ordered. You will be notified by email with the estimated "in stock" date and expected ship date. If you wish to cancel the item please respond back to the email identifying the part[s] you wish to cancel. Once canceled item[s] are confirmed, a full refund for said parts will be issued with in 48 hours in the form of payment made. If we don't hear back from you, we will assume you want the part[s] and proceed with your order in back order status.
Despite Oskart USA efforts to keep pricing accurate, sometimes mistakes are made. Incorrect pricing on a item may be brought to our attention when processing an order. If the item price is less than the advertised price, we will issue a refund of the difference. If the price is higher, we will notify you with the price increase. It will be your option to accept or cancel the selected item.
